Information We Collect From You

Demo Registration
Before registering an account, you can book a free demonstration of how the platform works. To perform
registration, we will ask you to provide your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone
number, and marketing tools used. Additionally, you may access previously recorded demos by providing
your first name, last name, email address, and LinkedIn Profile URL. We will use this information to provide
you with the most appropriate demonstration and to follow up regarding available subscription plans. While
signing up for a demo, you may also consent to receiving a newsletter from us.

Account and Profile Setup
If you want to use platform functionality, you will have to register an account. We will ask for your first and
last name, email address, account password, country and address, company affiliation, and coupon code (if
any). To use the platform for managing your LinkedIn outreach activities, you will need to connect your
LinkedIn account. In profile settings, you can adjust interaction settings for your LinkedIn account, including
message scheduling preferences and active messaging windows. Without this information, we will be unable
to provide platform services to you.
After registration, you will be able to upload a profile picture, set up two-factor authentication, and choose a
subscription type. You will also be able to create groups of users on the platform (so-called agencies).
We use your account information to:

   • create and maintain your user account. The legal basis for this is the performance of the contract
   (Terms of Use) between you and us;
   • contact you regarding the operation of the platform or your account, including by email and web
   notifications;
   • analyze the efficiency of our platform in our legitimate interests;
   • upon receiving consent from you, send you marketing or promotional materials.
We will store your account data for as long as you have an active account with us. If you become inactive,
we will delete or anonymize your information 12 months after your last user session.

Platform Functionality and Archiving Compatibility
Via the platform, you will be able to perform different actions to manage your outreach activities on LinkedIn.
We will store and process the following categories of information:
   • tasks that you create and manage on the platform;
   • messages that you send via LinkedIn, including date and time of messages, information about
   recipients, and message content;
   • messages that you send to other users of the platform, including date, time, recipients, and message
   content.

Important: Schedlr operates through the user's native LinkedIn account. All messages sent through the
platform are transmitted from and retained within the user's LinkedIn account. This architecture ensures full
compatibility with firm-approved communication archiving and supervision solutions, including Smarsh,
Global Relay, and similar platforms used by regulated financial services firms. Schedlr does not provide
independent archiving or recordkeeping services.

Schedlr does not review, monitor, or approve the content of messages sent through the platform. All
outreach conducted through the platform is created and approved by the user or conducted by Schedlr
representatives acting under the user's express authorization and direction. The user retains full
responsibility for the content, supervision, and compliance of all communications conducted on their behalf.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with all applicable laws,
regulations, and platform policies, including FINRA rules, SEC recordkeeping requirements (including SEC
Rule 17a-4), and firm-specific supervision and compliance policies. Schedlr does not provide financial, legal,
or investment advice, and does not act as a solicitor on behalf of any user.

Calling and Phone Outreach Data
Where users utilize calling or phone outreach features of the platform, or where Schedlr representatives
conduct calling on behalf of users under managed service arrangements, we may collect and process the
following categories of information:
   • phone numbers of outreach contacts;
   • call log data including date, time, duration, and outcome of calls;
   • call notes and disposition records entered by the user or Schedlr representative;
   • voicemail or recorded message content, where applicable and permitted by law.
Users who utilize calling features are solely responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable state telemarketing laws, and all
Do-Not-Call requirements. Schedlr does not provide, maintain, or verify Do-Not-Call lists on behalf of users.
Users must obtain all necessary consents prior to initiating any phone outreach through the platform.

Payments

You will be able to generate invoices for the use of the platform directly in your profile. For payments, you will
be directed to a third-party payment processing provider who will store and process your payment
information. We will only receive information about payment confirmation from that provider. The legal basis
for processing payment information is the performance of our contract with you. We also retain financial
information to analyze our financial performance and to comply with applicable accounting and financial
laws.

Technical Support
You may leave a request for support via the support form on the website or by email. We use this information
to provide you with assistance, fix and improve the platform, and analyze our efficiency. The legal basis for
this is the performance of the contract between you and us and our legitimate interest to improve the
platform.

registration, we will collect your company affiliation, name, email address, phone number, marketing tools
used, number of accounts managed, and information on how you plan to distribute subscriptions to our
platform. We will process the collected data in order to conclude and perform a partner contract with you.
The applied storage period is 12 months of your last activity.

In addition to the disclosures identified above, we may disclose information about you: (a) if required to do so
by law or in connection with any legal proceedings; or (b) in case we sell, license, or otherwise assign our
company, platform, or its separate parts to third parties. Except as provided in this privacy notice, we will not
sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.

Your Rights
   • The right to object against the processing of your information. If we process your information based on
   legitimate interests, you can object at any time.
   • The right to access your information. You have the right to know what personal data we process and to
   obtain a copy.
   • The right to verify and correct your information. If we process inaccurate or out-of-date information, you
   may ask for it to be updated or corrected.
   • The right to restrict processing. When you contest the accuracy of your information or believe we

   not needed for an active contract, we will remove your information upon request.
   • The right to data portability. Where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or
   contract performance, we can make your data available to you or to an organization of your choosing
   upon request.
You can submit requests or direct questions on data protection to: support@schedlr.net

We will take all necessary measures to protect your information from unauthorized or accidental access,
destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, or other illegal actions. All data is stored and
processed within U.S.-based cloud environments. We process data in accordance with applicable United
States data privacy laws and industry best practices. Immediate access to data is only permitted to our
authorized employees involved in maintaining the application. Such employees maintain strict confidentiality
and prevent unauthorized third-party access.
